Terms Of Use
Here is the Term of Usage which means that whatever you take from this site, we must expect a link somehwere on your site saying where you got the stuff from that we have designed ourselves.
Layouts
We, Azure Requiem Staff, do not want to see our layouts that we've made be altered in anyway and claimed as yours. If we do find this, we'll take approriate action and decide amongst eachother in what we are going to do. You may use ours layouts as long as the credits on the layouts are visible on every single page.
Graphics
This all includes whatever you see under the graphics nagivation bar on our layout. You can put our link in your credits page when you are using our stuff. Also, wallpapers are only for your desktop! We don't want to see our wallpaper ripped off and used for your layout/graphics.
Resources
If you are using our PNGS for a layout, we would like to see a link visible on every page, even if it is a premade you made for others to use. Brushes & Textures are to be used for anything you want. All you have to remember is to give us credit. If using it for your site's layout or using it to make a premade to put up for grabs for your visitors, you must put our link on every page of the layout.
Tutorials
Azure Requiem would appreicate if you do not copy & paste our tutorials into your site. We don't mind if you want to look at our tutorials for an idea on how to make one but we wouldn't want someone just copying & pasting our source for one of our tutorials that we made and claimed that they have made it. If you want to use one of our tutorials that we have made and you believe that it is EXTREMELY hard to explain it in your own words, then just talk to one of the staff members. If you have been allowed by Azure Requiem, then we would also like to see a credit where you put your tutorial saying where you got the tutorial from and where it is orginally written.
